Poorly Installed Flashing
Vent pipes, chimneys, heating and cooling systems, etc., all require
flashing to seal the areas around them from moisture. When flashing
malfunctions or was poorly installed, seams and laps can open up and
tiles can blow off during wind gusts and cause branches to easily
penetrate the roof’s surface.
Birds & Other Small Creatures
Creatures like birds, squirrels, mice and insects can wreak havoc on

for them and have them removed before they get too comfortable.
Moisture
The very weather your roof is intended to keep out can cause moisture to
